Alright. The BG looks quite LQ to start with. You should try to improve that.

I like the ideas of the line, I just don't like the shape or flow of it. It also doesn't look that great with a outer glow. The background isn't all that bad, just needs some more texture. As for the render, it doesn't really blend at all.

Work on your atmosphere, composition, and lighting. <3

Looks like the backround was hand spraid with spray paint and is just plain ugly. The actual spiderman is neat looking.

Would you provide some actual ways to solve things rather than just shit on other artists' work? A lot more went into the tag than just those named things. Just because you're still mad that Color Burn's shop is doing better than your animated shop doesn't mean you can piss all over the graphic section and call it rain.
