The only thing that is going to give you a solid career path and a good salary in any field is your work ethics and how well you can deliever. You have to go beyond expectations. By producing only HQ work.

The two are one of the same, but fall under the overall title of IT or, more specifically, CnIT (Computer and Information Technology)
Generally solid IT programs will offer two or more tracks for IT: 1. Informations systems - automating business or human models to reduce human flaw and increase productivity by processing data and turning it into usable information. 2. Networking - building networks, securing networks, understanding network stacks, protocols, the evolution of networking (Vint Cerf and TCP/IP, etc..) > Understanding variables and vulnerabilities associated with network infrastructure that may affect the overall security of protected information and developing the skill set to mediate these problems wisely and efficiently. 3. Some mix of the two, based on chosen inter disciplinary classes of your choosing. FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO COMMENT ON "GraveDigging" THIS TOPIC IS MY MAJOR, AND CAN BE AMBIGUOUS. I FEEL THAT IT DESERVES A BUMP TO HELP CLARIFY THE OPTIONS TO THOSE PROSPECTIVE TECH MAJORS. |
