(Don't mind the header, it's more like a thread telling my story now, not a feedback thread. Thank you BlueTigerSlayer for it <3)

Hey guys, Yoan here AKA Aura 🙂

Some of you might know me and I'm sure that a lot of you don't. You've most likely seen me around the Computing area of HackForums (and in the Beginner Hacking section till probably a month and a half ago), mainly in the Windows, White Hat Help, Computer Protection and Security Alerts and Miscellaneous Computer Talk sections. This is where I spent most of my time in HackForums, helping out in these sections and trying to make them better and more friendly.

So I guess the time has come for me to finally write a thread telling my story. Man, time goes by so fast on this forum, it's crazy. I feel like I just registered yesterday and that I was still asking skidish questions in the Beginner Hacking section. I decided not a long time ago, that my 10,000th post on HackForums should be my story thread. A thread where I'll share with you guys my story, my story on HackForums and also naturally, a feedback on almost every aspect of HackForums that I took part in and that deserves to be mentionned. I'll also write a feedback thread soon but for now, I feel like I didn't took part in enough sections, activities or groups to be able to write a representative feedback. I'll warn you right now, English isn't my native language, therefore I'm aware that my thread might be filled with grammatical errors and common English mistakes too. Feel free to post in this thread or send me a PM if you would like me to edit my thread in order to correct either words, grammatical mistakes or if you would like add more explanations to a point I discuss here, or even rewrite if you don't understand it. In my opinion, this feedback thread will be a lenghty one, so good luck to the people who will actually go through the whole thing and deal with all my English mistakes 🙂 Here we do I guess ...

My Story

My name is Yoan, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Québec, Canada. I'm currently learning IT and CS in a program at Cégep and I have one year left before I graduate and obtain my DEC. After that, I'll go to the ETS (University) get a bachelor in IT. I just finished an 8 month stage as a tier 2 Technical Support for the Computing Division of one of the biggest company in Québec. When I mean division, I don't speak of it as a "team" inside the company, they actually have a whole "company" that they created that handles all their computing stuff : programs, networks, datas, servers, etc. It's quite big and I can tell you that I've seen and worked with a lot of stuff that impressed me to a point where I already regret the end of my internship. My semester just started on the January 23rd and it's my 6th semester at Cégep.

My dream is to become a Cyber-Security Expert, no matter what the branch or domain I will end in, I'll also work very hard to become highly skilled in all the Cyber-Security domains. I would like to end up working for a IT Security Firm or the government (Canada or Québec) for the Ministry of Defence in order to help out my province and country in Cyber-Security.

I also have a lovely English girlfriend that I met in one of my English class at Cégep. We've been together for 8 months now and we know that we're not ready to split up before a looonnng time. She's always there for me, she always makes me happy and she's the person that count the most for me. Also, she's always ready to hear about what I do on HackForums on what's happening on it. She suscribed on HackForums not a long time ago and so far, she mainly post in the Innuendo section to give out relationship advices.

I guess that pretty much cover up who I am and what's going on in my life right now. Now, let me tell you about my story on HackForums.

My story on HackForums

So like most of the people here, I ended up on HackForums when I was Googling how to "hack". It was during one of my Database class, I was pretty bored and me and my bestfriend decided to find hacks that we could actually do in order to impress our classmates. I headed straight over to the Beginner Hacking section and the Wireless Hacking section, and I started posting threads asking typical skid's questions :

"How do I hack a Facebook ?"
"How can I hack into a Wi-Fi network ?"
"How can I steal someone's passwords ?"
Etc.

Anyway, you get it. I received the typical answers and I quickly became bored of HackForums, I logged out and didn't sign up in months. It's when I started my internship, last summer that I finally signed back on HackForums. My job as an intern was to work on the company's migration project, which means, every computers (desktop and laptop) that were running Windows XP had to be replaced with a brand new computer (desktop and laptop) or migrated to a computer that was running Windows 7, as the support for Windows XP ends in April this year. Because most of the time, I was working from my desk, doing remote installations and images, I had "a lot" of time to kill when there was no requests or incidents to take care of when I was waiting for the installations and images to finish and so I remembered HackForums, and told myself that I would at least do something productive when waiting for my tasks to complete. So while working, I started reading a couple of tutorials in the Hacking area of HackForums and continued asking pretty skiddish questions in the Beginner Hacking section. After a week, I realized that all of this wasn't really for me (but I still do learn about hacking everyday and I train too in order to pratice my skills, as learning how to hack will be important in my future job) and I happened to stumble across the Windows section of HackForums, and this is were it all started.

When I first joined the Windows section, it was a real mess. There was a lot of threads that were receiving no replies at all, a lot of people asking for help were receiving either inaccurate answers or non-reliable help and this section was filled with a lot of new comers asking for free programs, cracks, loaders, activators, etc. So as someone who knows Windows "quite a bit" and have experience with troubleshooting and technical support (I've been doing that since I'M young), I started answering the questions that were asked in the Windows and offering assistance to people who had problems on Windows or with their computer in general. And you know what happened ? It worked. My answers were actually the answers people were looking for when asking for a question and my solutions were actually the one fixing the issues people were having, and so this is when it all started. I became more and more active in the Windows section everyday and today, a lot of people consider me as the main helper in the Windows section, even if there's tons of other people who do a lot for these sections (because there's two Windows sections, and Polymath, I'm talking about you obviously <3).

One day, when the Windows section was dead (I had pretty much solved every problems/questions this day), I took a look in the White Hat Help section, surprized that I hadn't noticed it before, as I do a lot of viruses and malwares removal (both for people I know and people in the Windows section), and started helping in that section as well. And that's where I met my mentor, Corso. He took me under his wing ("Hey Chief that's funny, because you have the White Hat Helper award, I'm really under your wing, eh eh ?") and I'm now one of his White Hat Hacker student. Thank you to Chief who kind of introduced me to him, as I started exchanging PMs with Chief after reading his Antivirus recommendation thread and he told me about his old mentor (who's still your mentor too nigga) and from there, I met all the people that I know consider as my closest friends on HackForums.

In addition to help in the Windows and White Hat Help sections, I went back in the Beginner Hacking section and answering the questions that were asked and fixing the problems members could have with programs and other related stuff. I kind of regret it as it boosted my post count in this section a lot and I feel like it makes me look bad, like a skid. But anyway, I got tired of this section a month and a half ago and stopped posting in it to focus on the Windows and White Hat Help sections, along with the Computer Protection and Security Alerts and the Miscellaneous Computer Talk sections.

As for my upgrades, I've been upgraded to L33t and Ub3r via contests. TheHackersLove upgraded me to L33t in his contest and Realistic upgraded me to Ub3r. The reason I had to rely on contests to get upgraded is because I have no way of paying online. I have no credit card, no Paypal (even if I had one, it would be empty), no BTC, nothing. So I didn't had any other choices then to take part in upgrade contest to get upgraded. I still hope today that TheHackersLove and Realistic don't regret upgrading me and that I make you proud, thank you guys, I would probably not be there without you.

During the time where I was really active in the Beginner Hacking section, I came across Goodies' HelpDesk and began to post in it regulary, answering questions as sometimes Goodies couldn't answer for a long period as he was busy with his work and studies. In the end before he closes it, he added my name to his thread and it kind of became "Goodies and Aura HelpDesk", even if he was still the main helper and brain behind it, of course ! I own my invitation to Legion to Goodies who got me in. Not because I was his friend, but because I was actually willing to help others and share my knowledge, which is the base of Legion's system with the students, teachers and mentors. I still joined as a student, as hacking isn't really my domain and I'm more of a General Computing, Windows and White Hat Hacker guy (so I'm a "hacker", but a White Hat one). And that's how I ended up joining Legion, the first group I joined on HackForums.

I also ended up joining The Brotherhood and The Empire via their recruitment threads. I honestly never expect to be accepted in both of these groups, which were the two groups I looked up the most since I joined HackForums and I always wanted to be part of these groups, and I finally did. Both of my applications for each group were done via video applications on Youtube, except for my Brotherhood application who was composed of both a written application and a video application.

Well, I guess that is pretty much cover my story on HackForums in general. You'll read more about it in my sections feedback, my groups feedback and my shoutouts, obviously.

My era of providing technical support and malware removal on HackForums is over, so you can stop PM'ing me about it. Sorry.

Sections

Windows (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 & Windows 8, RT and Surface)

These are my home sections (mainly the Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7). This is where I spent 90% of my time on HackForums and this is where I put the more effort too. Everyday when I wake up, I go straight on HackForums and I answer all the threads in this section first. Taking back from where I left before going to sleep, starting helping in new threads and closing the ones where my last post contained the solution or answer the OP was looking for. I consider this section under my protection, which means that I'll always be there when there will be a problem in it. I'll never leave a thread without an answer or if I don't know the answer, I'll still try to assist to the best of my knowledge. I can tell you that since I started being active in this section, I posted in almost every threads in this section (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 one) . I spend a lot of time writing tutorials for this section under the banner of The Brotherhood's Computing Sector in order to fill this section with helpful content and resources that people will actually be able to rely on when they have questions, problems or when they simply want to learn more about Windows. I have a couple of hundreds of threads closed there by my name where I solved the issue or gave the exact answer to a question, and I'm pretty proud of that. Even if I started a new semester at school, this section is my priority on HackForums and always do everything I can to be the most active in it and continue providing the reliable help I provide since I started posting in it. I'm always ready to offer help in this section and in the threads that are being posted in it, should it be guided assistance in the thread or via Teamviewer, I'll always help the person to the best of my skills and knowledge in order to answer his question or fix it's issue. I have learned a lot since I started helped in that section and I learn more in it everyday. I gain a lot of experience from helping in this section that will be useful later and so I never consider as losing my time when I help in it. I want you to know that if you ever have an issue with Windows, the Windows sections are there and that there's always highly skilled and friendly members who are ready to help you with your issue or answer your questions, don't be afraid to post in them. I always do my best to keep that section clean and rolling so you can receive reliable help whenever you have a question or a problem.

White Hat Help

This section is my second home section. This is the second section I go in after answering all the threads in the Windows sections. I consider it a lot as my training field from what Corso teaches me and it allows me to experience what I learn and also to learn new things on White Hat Hacking every day. I offer A LOT of assistance via Teamviewer there as most people asking for help are really scared that they are infected with a virus/malware and they want it to be killed the fastest possible. Most of the time, a simple malware removal help that I offer via Teamviewer transforms itself in my doing a complete check-up of the person computer, removing every malwares and viruses I can find, in addition of doing a computer clean-up and tune-up and fixing other minor issues that this person can be having but that he never reported. The only thing that I dislike of this section is that there's A LOT of people who have no idea what they're talking about that post in it or try to offer "help". But because they have no idea of what they're talking about (they either think they know what's wrong or they think one software can solve any issues, no what matter what the issue is) and they are inexperienced, if the OP was to follow what they say, he could end up doing way more harm then good to his computer/system. White Hat Hacking isn't a domain that should be taken lightly. The White Hat Help section isn't a "free zone" like the Beginner Hacking section. If you don't have experience with malwares and viruses removal, technical issues and other form of White Hat Hacking, restrain yourself from posting in this section as you could end up messing up someone's computer really badly while other skilled members tries to help them. So in this section, not only I do help a lot and provide assistance in about every thread, but I also have to watch out for these members who post and that their answer could be considered as harmful if it was to be followed by the OP. Fortunately, a couple of skilled members that are also my friends are on the look out with me and we all together do our best to keep that section clean from misinformation and rolling.

Computer Protection and Security Alerts

This is another section I post a lot in. This section is a good place to go when you want to ask for tips and tricks about being secure on line and keep your computer safe too. Most of the threads are about security softwares and there will always be the eternal debate about "Which Antivirus is the best ?". By the way, Malwarebytes IS NOT an Antivirus, so cut it off already.

Miscellaneous Computer Talk

I only started posting recently in this section, but I still go take a look at it everyday. Most of the threads there should be moved in the Computer Overclocking, Customizing, and Hardware section, as people are asking for advices on which computer to buy, their budget, what hardware piece they should buy, etc. A few other threads should be moved in the Windows section as the questions asked in them or the issues reported are fully Windows-oriented. There's also threads where people ask for help for various technical problems and that's where I help the most as these problems can be fixed with basic solutions. So you can say that I go do my technical support in that section too.

Linux, FreeBSD, and Unix Flavors

I posted quite a bit in this section when I was creating my Virtual Machines running different GNU/Linux distro. The members there are really friendly and if you have any question concerning GNU/Linux, you should definitively go post there and ask for help. This is the section where I met #Thunder and we became friends. I added him on Skype and we used to talk everyday from there. It's the person I consider as the GNU/Linux guru on this forum and one of the main helper in this section. I will go back in this section without any hesitation when I'll have a problem or a question on GNU/Linux, that's for sure.

Android Operating System

Another section where I posted quite a bit and that is full of life. There will always be at least one person who will answer your thread with an answer you were looking for and that will help you with whatever problem you're facing. Leonard, Onyx, Elemenin, GLITCH3D and #Thunder runs this section from what I've seen so far. There's always something interesting to discover in this section, must it be about an application, a phone, something you can do with your Android device, etc. If you have any questions or problems on Android, this is the place to go.

Virtual Machines

I a problem once with one of my Windows Virtual Machine and when I asked for help in that section, more members answered then what I thought. So I can say that there's definitively people there ready to help members with their Virtual Machines problems and that they know what they're doing. dmitry and Greyhat, I'm mainly talking about you guys on that one !

Networking, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls

A section I wish I could be active in. However, because my networking skills are not very that high, I can't really go help in that section. However, it's always a good thing to go in this section and read the threads posted there, must it be tutorials or threads where people ask for help, you'll learn a lot from it and it will help you understand networking a bit more. That's what I do and one day if I become good enough in that domain, I'll start helping in that section actively. I always see a few people in the Windows section asking for help on networking when their thread should be posted in that section instead. Don't be afraid to post in it. If you describe your issue clearly and give all the information needed, you'll receive help and faster than you think.

Beginner Hacking

This place is beyond saving. I once though that I would be able to bring a bit more organization in this section by writing a tutorial that would show the guidelines of creating a good thread in it, I've never been so wrong. Everyday there's an endless wave of skids and new comers asking the same questions that have been answered the day before, and yet it doesn't seem to satisfy them. I don't think this section will ever known "peace" and be clean and organized. To anyone who goes help in that section continually, I salute you. I did it for over 3,000 posts but my nerves cracked and I can't stand that section anymore. There's a lot of good and skilled members doing their best to answer all the stupid questions that are being asked in a calm, intelligent and polite way, but sometimes it's just too hard. I doubt this section will ever see me active in it again but who knows.

Rules, Announcements, News, and Feedback

This section and the subsections that it contains are well managed. The Mentors does a great job in order to keep them clean and keep the threads rolling. All the threads are being answered and closed quickly, leaving place for another thread to be created and another question to be asked. One thing I notice however in the Suggestions and Ideas section, is that no one takes the time to read the sticky created by Omni about the suggestions that will be automatically denied. If the people posting there were actually taking their time to read that sticky, I would say that the thread creation rate in this section would fall by about 50%. As for the HF News, Sir and the other reporters does a very great job in outputting the highest quality news there is on a forum. I always lurk the Weekly Reports thread too anytime there's a new post in order to keep me up to date on what's happening on HackForums. Goodjob Sir and the other reporters ! Keep it up !

The Lounge

I can't really write a feedback on that section as I barely post in it. The only thread I posted in it that was successfull was the famous "What's your age ?" poll. Other then that, any attempts I made in creating a thread that would last more then 5 replies ended up being push back to the 5th page in less then half an hour. If you want to create a thread that will stay on the first page for a while, you really have to talk or expose something that interest the community in general, otherwise, your thread will never know glory.

I guess that sums it up for my sections feedback. As you can see, I spend most of my time in the Computing area of HackForums, I barely go in the other areas. I might update that feedback thread eventually in order to add feedbacks on other sections once I start posting in them.

Groups

This is where my sector, The Brotherhood Computing Sector is and therefore it makes The Brotherhood my home group. Every tutorials I write that are related to Computing are under this banner. I do my best to make sure that the Computing area of HackForums "falls" under Brotherhood's Computing Sector. This sector was created so we could provide the best assistance there is in Computing, no matter the subject : Windows, OS X, Android, Hardware, Networking, White Hat Help, etc. Our goal is to become the reference in Computing assistance on HackForums, but also to teach each other and learn from it. No matter what your question is and what your problem is, you can count on members from that sector to assist you and answer you. The Brotherhood is the group I like the most, all my friends on HackForums are in it and the other members in it are really friendly as well, you never get bored in this group. The Brotherhood is composed of many sectors with members that do their best in order to provide the best help and assistance there is in their sector's domain.

This is without any hesitation the most HQ group I'm part of at the moment. I never thought I would make it in this group, yet I did. Every member in The Empire have a little something that makes them unique and HQ member. They are always ready to help you and always ready to give to others for free. They are all skilled in various domains, making The Empire one of the most multi-talented composed group on HackForums. I'm glad I've been accepted in it and I'll try to provide the most HQ content I can in order to make me worthy of being part of that group.

Legion is the first group I joined on HackForums and despite what everybody says about it, I like it. I know what the community think of Legion, but I don't really care. Some of what you hear about it is true, but for the most part, it's all lies. Legion is actually rebuilding itself and it will bring a lot of changes to it. Just give Legion some time and stop judging the group for what it is right now. Everybody deserves a chance, and so does this group and the members in it. There's members in that are so skilled in hacking it impresses me more and more everyday. I don't think someone can downgrade a group and it's reputation without having been part of it first. That's all I'll say on that group before starting a fight in my thread, which I don't want.

My Contributions

Here's a list of the tutorials I wrote and published so far on HackForums. I'll update that list with every new tutorial I release.

Fiat justitia ruat cælum

My era of providing technical support and malware removal on HackForums is over, so you can stop PM'ing me about it. Sorry.

My Friends

If I forgot you in here, feel free to send me a PM and I'll gladly add you ! I have a very bad memory when it comes to creating list like these, so forgive me if I forget you.

Corso : You are my Mentor and the person I respect the most on HackForums. You might be hell of a bitch sometimes and have be a rough character, but once we get to know you, it's not that bad in the end. You taught me alot and teach me more everyday, and I am forever in your debt for that. I hope that with me going back to school and getting back into coding/programming, we'll finally be able to start working on the utilities we talked about a few months ago. Thank you for being my Mentor and teaching me what you know.

Chief : Nigga, if there's one person that's always on my ass, it's you. Nothing I do is enough for you, sorry if we all can't be on your level. Jokes aside, you are the person I talk with the most on HackForums. We're always chatting on Skype or we are being invited in a conversation where we both are. You're skilled and you know it, now stop being cocky about it. Also mate, where's that Firewalls thread eh ? I'M WAITING FOR IT. You deserve your White Hat Helper award, you show it everytime you post in the White Hat Help section.

#Thunder : You're only 15 years old yet you're way more skilled then me (except on Windows, that's my domain and you're not going to steal it from me). I know you do a lot in many sections to keep them alive and provide the best content you can, like me. Thumbs up to you for doing that. You're also the Leader of The Brotherhood Computing Sector and so you're my Leader and I'm okay with that. I wish we could talk more on Skype like we used to, but I understand that you're busy so it's all good, maybe soon we'll start talking as much as we used to back then !

phybeя : You ARE the security researcher of HackForums, there's no doubt about that. You're the type of guy who's always working on something, always doing buisness, you'll go far, both you and I know it. It's always nice to talk to you on Skype with Chief, and that the three of us brainstorm ideas for your new forum which will I'm sure of that, become a reference in White Hat Hacking. You're without any doubts one of the must trustful guy I know on HackForums and you deserves the respect people owe you, hands down.

Polymath 1.0 : You know what I think of you, but I'll write it down once again. You are without any doubt the most intelligent user I've ever encountered on HackForums. Your intelligence and your knowledge are beyond my imagination, it's crazy. That MOTM award that you got, you deserve it and everyone should see what you do for the Windows section and the other sections you post in. You deserves way more recognition then the one you have right now. It's an honor to have met you and I don't regret it.

Goodies : GOODIES <3 You and I it goes back to when I first joined this forum. I always looked up on you, seeing you active in the Beginner Hacking section, taking care of your Help Desk, answering every threads there was that could be related to Networking or Network Hacking. You are a BOSS and I owe you my invitation in Legion. You're always either learning or writing down tutorials, you are a machine and you know it. Keep up the good work !

Extrnl : You are the first person with who I started conversing via PM when I first started to help in the Beginner Hacking section. I remember us talking about the cancer in this section and if it would ever stop. Now you're back but it seems the cancer is still there. But we both moved on and found ourself sections where to help and bring our knowledge. Welcome back mate, I missed you.

Blackjack : Guess that I still have more reputation then you noob ! You were one of the first person I started talking too on HackForums. I remember when you and me used to double team the Beginner Hacking section, answering all the questions, having each other back and bashing on LQ threads to get them out. Good times. I still have you on Skype and we still talk too, but we should talk more ! Also, I owe you my Gift Award, thank you ! <3

Th3PonyWizard : You just rule mate. You're younger then me but damn you'll go far. I don't know how you do to stay in the Beginner Hacking section and not getting tired of it but I admire that. Sometimes I feel like you're wasting your knowledge in this section and that you could do things way bigger, but I won't look down on you for sharing that immense knowledge you have. Keep it up !

Kansas : KANSAS MAH BOI ! You are the Web Development GOD of HackForums to my eyes. Anything that is related to that domain, you know it. You sure are a Complexity Coder eh ? We talk a lot on Skype and it's always nice to talk to you and mess with you. Continue what you're doing and I hope to see your PHP thread stickied one day !

Perfect Cell : Our friendship is recent but it's already strong. You and I will fight to get Legion on the move and also make our name on HackForums. You're a very cool guy to talk with on Skype and chill with too. I'm glad we started talking. I'll probably talk to you later on this evening on Skype after coming back from clubbing (kill meh ...)

En1gma : You always got my back when I post in the White Hat Help and in the Windows sections. You're also always one of the first to post in my tutorials and I appreciate that. You're a good guy. You're a bit discret but when you post something, everyone read your post and listen to what you have to say. Good luck with your VPN too mate !

BlueTigerSlayer : You are my PM bitch. You send me SO MANY PMs per day that I can actually consider you as a PM Whore now. I have no doubt that your name will become known very soon in the Graphics area of HackForums, you put a lot of effort into it. Keep going and you'll become one of the best, I'm sure of it.

Realistic : You are the one who upgraded me to Ub3r and that got me started for real on HackForums, and I'm forever in your debt for that. Hopefully one day we'll see the Ub3r section more active then the L33t section but for now we'll have to deal with that. But we all know that we are the best anyway, no ?

KingOfHunt3rs : You work very hard in order to bring HQ content on HackForums and to learn too, I almost forgot you in the shout out ! But here you are now ! Keep up the good work and you'll get on my level one day ? (Hehe !)

phybeя Jr. : Never seen a user that cry so much for a shout out 😝 But for real, I've known you and seen you around too and you're quite HQ. If you walk in Phyber's step, we will eventually cross paths soon, trust me.

Zeus : You're a fucking nice guy. Even if I hate the nickname you and Tasty gave me, it's always nice to go in a Skype call with me and seeing you doing your groupie behind me in the Computing area (uh uh ?). You're a bro.

Bonfire. : You my qt3.14 baby, and you know it <3

Tibit : You're honestly my favorite group owner on HackForums. Even if you're the person with the worst conception of time ever, and that it takes you like 3 months to reply to PMs and you reply to 3 of mine at the same time and therefore we start 3 discussions together, I feel that you're like the group owner I feel the most close too for some reason. I don't know, you're easy to speak too and you really want The Empire to grow as a group, a family and you care about it's members as well as what we do. It must take you like HOURS to go through your PMs everynight but you still do it and continue the conversations you start while answering them and I really appreciate that. Keep it up Tibit, maybe one day you'll start being good and stop being a noob.

Evangelist : Probably the most down to earth on HackForums. Isn't afraid of saying his opinion and doesn't give a fuck if you don't like it and I respect him for that. He's also the member I would go talk too whenever I'm troubled or want to talk to someone to calm down. Awesome member, deserves way more recognition than what he actually have, even from the people he shutdown.

Roger Waters : You're just autistic, no idea how you got Mentor to be honest. But you're a cool Co-Leader for the BHCPU, even too you were the one who created it and I mostly took it off your hands, sorry about that. That's what you get for using a running gag for months.

The End

Well that's about it I guess. For everyone who went through and read my whole thread, I don't know how you did but I'm really glad you took the time to read my thread and learn a bit more about me and who I am.
I'm here on HackForums to stay, and that for a long time. HackForums isn't only a simple forum, it's the best source of knowledge and learning resources I can freely access and contribute to. I'm really glad I came accross this forum, and even if I started as a simple "skid" or "leecher", I hope I paid that back with the help I provide in the Windows, White Hat Help, Computer Protection and Security Alert and Miscellaneous Computer Talk sections. I made tons of friends that teach me a lot and to who I hope I teach a lot too. I'll keep doing my best to keep the Windows and White Hat Help sections rolling. I'll release more tutorials as the days goes, hopefully making these sections more attractive for people to come get resources and knowledge from. Omni, your Computing area is in good hands. Myself and a lot of people are working hard in order to make it more popular, more organized and more welcoming. If you have ever an issue with your computer, Windows, etc., come see us in the Computing area and we'll gladly assist you. This goes for everyone on HackForums too. The Computing area of HackForums is here for you, no matter the question or the issue you have. Just be sure to post it in the right section to receive the best help possible.

Thank you for reading my story, if you have any comments, suggestions, mistakes you would like me to correct or else, feel free to post in this thread or send me a PM.

This is the second time I have reached 10k. I had about 12k posts and due to a MyBB error in the Empire I lost about 3k but I will get them back apparently.
