Recently, on my laptop and my cousin's tower, we've been having problems while playing Flash videos. It occurs on everything from Youtube to Motherless, on x86 and x64. The videos will stutter a lot and often the audio is out of sync.

I've talked to some other people that are having this problem and it turns out they're also using Chrome. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a workaround?

Do you have issues on other browsers?

Firefox will occasionally stutter when first loading a video, but the audio never goes out of sync. Usually on Chrome it'll stutter, then the video remains frozen for a second and the audio keeps playing. Pausing and resuming doesn't fix the sync.
