OK, not really my thing this, so I need a little help. I recently reinstalled Windows. Normally when I do this I have an SD display, but this is fixed when I download the drivers.
This time I am still forced to stare at ugliness even though the drivers have been installed. My display is also reading as standard:

My computer specs show I should be viewing this in glorious HD as earlier:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I have also tried opening Catalyst Control Centre (CCC.exe), but it just doesn't appear.
Uninstalled and used CCleaner. Rebooted and all is well.
