Umm yeah, it was defaced by a member here.. but no this is for another forum.
You need to edit the plugin file. Just take a look at it, it isn't too hard to figure out.

Check your templates. I just tested it out on my localhost. It's in templates. Grab the <Text Entry> portion and bring it under <Shoutbox Content>
