Just finished watching Shiki not too long ago. Has anyone else watched this? I must say, it was quite enjoyable. It explains a bit about vampires and how they came born to be.

If you're into blood, gore, and seeing tons of corpses, then I'd definitely watch this anime

The only bad thing about the anime was the ending. It ended in a BIG cliffhanger. It almost makes me wonder if a season 2 was intended, but I am not so sure.

I watched Shiki a while ago.

Spoiler (Click to View)I think it was really interesting in the sense that the townspeople transition from being helpless into a murderous mob.
I thought it was odd that the junior priest decided to challenge his personal morality and decided to save Sunako knowing that the continuation of the 'Shiki' would result in people dying and potentially turning into vampires. The OST was really creepy as well but appropriately implemented. This show got me thinking about my private morality on things that live at the expense of others and which existence is justified and which is not. It was really hard to come to a conclusion on that matter.👍
