Alright this is kinda complicated, ill explain it in the best way I can. I have a PayPal holder, Exile, since PayPal does not like me for some reason. PP payments went directly to him, and I simply sold the stuff, then I would transfer it to my BTC address via currency exchange, he did not charge a fee as he was a friend of mine. The issue is I am currently in trouble with him as it is kinda my fought, so yeah ._.

I was doing 1k OMC --> PayPal (I had the OMC, he had the PP) and all was fine until this member disputed the payment and won instantly (Stolen PayPal?)
The member was Devs.

Notice the transaction ID, its complete randomness, not even sure its a real transaction ID. I just never checked. I know its him because hes the only member I sold $45 worth to though.
