I opened a contract with OGPaper for 450$. I sent him the BTC but he quickly claimed he had PP problems. He offered to refund the BTC but he has been giving excuses ever since while more users keep popping up saying he never paid them.

He probaly lost a lot in btc, he was a nice guy when I talked to him but even the nicest can turn evil & scam :(
I feel bad for OP's 450$ loss, he wanted to cash out some btc to purchase some things on black friday, quite a shame that he couldn't profit from the sales but instead had to pay the normal price + some extra by this loss..
I never liked this guy. He had sketchy business practices offsite- when I did research on him. Hence why I negged him before rep reset.

lol it seems that the btc drop hit him hard
if anyone has his info or anything useful PM me, I wouldn't mind spending few $$ more to pursue legal action. Seeing his ass in court would be entertaining.

Pretty sure its a bought/sold account and someone spent a lot of time farming actual CE rep (what a lowlife) to pull off this scam eventually.
The real question is why go first when you have the irreversible payment?
