I am making this thread to tell you about Tsubaki59, also known as Tsukra or as Maxime. He goes around scamming people, after which he denies the fact that he did or after which he claims that he is a whole other person and that the person who we sent the money to is in jail.

What did he do?

We were looking for a DDoS API that could run on our private booter. We managed to find Tsukra API ( http://tsukra-api.net/ http://tsukraboot.in/ http://unrealapi.com/ ) and each of my friends send him 10 Euro's, which he added together into 1 price for an API. This was a 40 Euro API which we then got to use for a few days, after which he was gone from everywhere. His skype name was changed to the following;

I then contacted his best friend;

The fact that he is multi-accounting and scamming people isn't the only sketchy part about him.
I was left wondering how a scammer like him could have more rep than a honest hackforums member.

I'm saying this because I recall him telling me about opening a VPS store which resells spoofable VPS.
