Sharp edges issue [PS CC]

Thought it was just my screen or due to zooming or whatever, but then noticed a difference when I compared the picture I made in PS with my website's.

In fact, everything on my website looks smooth except the one I made.

What I have tried already:
  • Resetting Photoshop's settings
  • A fresh install of Photoshop CC 64-bit
  • Set anti-aliasing to Smooth
  • Choose a different font
Maybe I'm missing a setting or something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try fixing the corners with the brush tool and making your own square brush. You can match the color of your current box, then just hold down the shift key while covering the lines you have currently made, and eventually filling in the corners of the border. If you go too far, you can always use the same brush to erase the excess line so its a perfect corner.
The issue is not the frame, but the letters inside as they look "pixelated".

If I am not wrong that happens , when the size of the text is too big or to small & sometimes when u transform a text file , try delete that text and simple write a new one.If this doesnt work try to make an text big and then rasterize it and transform it for the size u want.
