Lines have jagged edges in PS(?)

Whenever I create shapes using the lasso tool, if the shape doesn't consist of a straight line the edges will always be jagged, for example:

I've done a bit of research although none of the methods supplied seem to be working, e.g blur doesn't do what I'd like it to. Any idea on how to make the lines smoother?

Any help is appreciated. 🙂

Click on the first spot, then hold shift and click where you want the line to be! :D

I'm aware, the OP was not referring to what you just mentioned at all. I know how to create shapes using the lasso tool but I'm unaware as to why the lines are jagged, read the post carefully next time.

Thanks nonetheless.

Cause it's a small image and you're using Photoshop.

There's no way around it unless you want the edges blurred.
If you want crisp edges you'll have to pick up Illustrator
Not available for work at this time. Apologies for any inconveniences.

I read the OP, just read it wrong :P Sorry.
I believe it's because you are working on Photoshop which is raster based. Try illustrator. http://www.illustratortips.com/index.php...aster.html
