Introduction To Doxing
So you may be wondering, what is doxing? 9/10 of you have probably heard the term, but in case you haven't it is the process of social engineering information about a specified user, with that being said there are ways to prevent people from doxing you and I will be going through both topics in this post. I will try my best to keep this as thorough and as short as possible, this tutorial took a lot of time to create and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Lets start with doxing someone and then working our way back words to avoid people doxing you.
What you are going to need;
A Pastebin Account
A (Preferably Fake) Facebook Account
A Skype Account
Half A Brain & Patience
Some Basic Information On The Person i.e. Skype Name, Name, Birthday
A Fake Email
A VPN/Proxy
Lets start with the absolute basics, so the persons IP Address, this is necessary since we can get a lot of geographical based information out of this.
There are multiple ways to grab IP Addresses I will be going over two methods, Picture Grabbing & Resolving.

Congrats! we now have the victim's Geographic Location & IP. This alone is enough to really scare the average computer user shit less but why stop there?
This is where the tricky part comes in we need to get information on the actual person, there are quite a few ways to do this, I will review most of the main methods.

Okay now that we have all that basic information this is where the Juicy part comes in. Now that we have all the basics about the guy we want to rip out the juicy stuff. Most guides will say talking to them blah, blah, blah, but I am to please and will be doing something most guides don't talk about. Social Media plays a large part of someones life. All there information is up there just waiting for someone to take (careful the US Government hates competition). Create a fake Facebook account or use your friends and add the person. 6/10 people accept any friend request there way because people love having lots of friends on there list. Once your there friend go through there profile, sniff and gather what you need from his wall, about page, anything.
Gather all that information and put it in a new paste on Pastebin. Try to keep it really clean and professional since it adds the whole "pretty" concept to it.

Introduction To Anti-Doxing
After going through the first part of my tutorial you are probably familiar with the ways people can grab your information, now the question is, how can I prevent people from grabbing my information? its really simple really and I will be going through it in this part of the tutorial.
How to remove already existent information on the web about yourself.
Google your full name in quotes on Google and take a look at where its used, if you see yourself appear on images or if you see your profiles or if there is any trace what so ever you need to take these steps.
If you see your image on Google notify Google via email, they take down pictures if you feel it's a violation of your privacy. If your under 18 even better because Google needs to follow the laws and help protect privacy of children under 18. Contact Google
If you see yourself registered on a forum or something go on over to that forum and simply deactivate/deregister your account. If you use the forum service create a new account and bind it to a fake email and name.
If you see your IP any where on google rather it be from a sourceban from a Garrys Mod server or whatever the case is, I would strongly recommend you call your ISP and tell them your IP Address is compromised and how you would like a new one. If you have a dynamic IP like most HFers do then this isn't an issue because the IP will restart on its own.
If you still see a trace, I would recommend purchasing a "cover up your track" service from members of HF. Its not that expensive (its about $25 - $30 USD) and the pros of doing this definitely out weigh the price.
How to stay protected and protect your information
Now that you hopefully took down or managed to take down that information here are some tips to stay protected and conceal your information.
What you are going to need;
A New Identity
Create a brand new email account preferbley with GMAIL and do not add any of your real information on it. Go to this website generate a new identity based on your preferences and stick with that identity.
If you have any existent accounts delete them and create new accounts with your new fake email. If you are ever prompted to enter any information use your identity, it contains every thing from a name to a Social Security Number. Final way, never upload a picture of your self on the internet ever again.
