When confronting him on skype about it, he decided that it would be cool to chargeback on a deal we did earlier (PP>BTC), he chargedback $118 paypal which he received BTC for.

This is a bold lie...Original picture clearly states paypal's response to close the dispute...You closed the unauthorized claim, then immediately afterwords opened a goods dispute because you thought it would work better. Then i called paypal and had them close it over the phone...Your intention was to scam...Not only is this part a lie, but you also say that you chargedback after I did, and that when it was closed you did...LOL.

You won my chargeback (which was actually legit), about 24 hours before you even opened this one....Your a piece of shit.

I have dealt with 0x68, twice. It's been about a week now. He has not chargedback yet and one deal was for more then the user was scammed.
I am not saying who is a scammer and who isn't.

My chargeback was legit...His was not...I chargedback due to a previous scam report...which was proven valid, he then opened a dispute...He is lying here though...HE did NOT close the dispute...and he Opened this dispute AFTER he already won the dispute he opened against me...Very deceitful member...IF you reference the pictures in OP, you can clearly see he didn't close shit. I won the dispute (for goods), which was the second dispute...He is a skid...bottom line.
