I planned to build a flash game website but someone told me that flash game is over saturated. so, I decided to discard the flash game website. Sign up for "Google Adwords", it will give you access to the keywords tool. You can find out good niches with it!

I am trying to setup a .tk domain with my host provider, but I have no idea how to. The way dns is explained always confuses me mainly because it isnt explained well enough to where I know what side of things is doing what. can yyou assist me with this possibly?

The DNS is the connection between your host & domain.
If the domain isn't correct; it won't connect.
Also add the domain to the web host.
When signed up for it, you should received nameservers.
Add the nameservers & of you go!
