Not sure if this is what you're looking for but check out these things:

Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Press Windowskey+R and type Regedit and press Enter. Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

Press Windowskey+R and type msconfig and press Enter. Go to the startup tab.

You may find suspicious stuff.
Do not change anything in the registry unless you know what you're doing.
