Been locked out of a program-help please

The software is called the Redx. They charge 50 a month for accessing data from my mls and cross referencing it to find me contact info on expired listings. They stink. I am now manually doing this as it is more accurate but want to get back in to the program to export my contacts. After I canceled they disabled the program. I'm wondering if there is a document/file I could modify to allow access again while I work offline? Is this possible? Can anyone pretty please help me???
I'm not a great hacker but I am a quick learner. what can i do 2 help you?

this is the last modified config file-

So I changed
"<System.String>Your account has been disabled because of a billing issue. Please call 1-800-731-7339 to update your billing information or terminate your account. If you need to enter new credit card information, you may do so online at http://www.myredx.com-- just enter your username and password, then select My Account, then Billing Info. Or you can call the RedX Support Staff at 1-800-731-7339.</System.String>"

to <System.String>Authenticated<System.String>...still no luck...
The program has a system implemented to periodically (probably every second or so) update it's knowledge through an online database (where the purchase information goes, and where the account verification is)

If you can figure out a way to decompile the program, and look for the system that does that, you'd have a chance but I'm not into programming / malware shit. So I don't know if this would be easy.

I'd suggest trying to Stress the database, but if we're being honest this program must be good, ergo if the DB was down it would still give you an error either from a cached response, or it would simply say the database is down.

If you can try to find the websites database, like scan the site/server to see if you can SQLi the database, you could just use an account that's already paid.
You got a Membership on that program?
Thanks for the replies!!!!

I did until i realized they suck and I was paying for bad/old phone numbers and was finding better contact info on whitepages and zabasearch. There is an option to work offline so I thought i could use my user name and password offline and hopefully find a somewhere in the program to turn the restriction off...

Jay that sounds really difficult. thinking about signing up for another free trial and doing the owkr over... but I scrubbed 3 years worth of contacts..=( Don't want to pay the canadians another dime!!!
This thread should be in the DREDD section. OP post a Download Link so we can attempt to reverse engineer it.
