Below is a Kmart receipt .PSD that I have had saved and used many times on multiple occasions.
I hope you find it useful, enjoy.
I do not know it's original origin so am unable to give credit (I'm sure I found it on some forum some time ago)
Here is a screenshot of the receipt open in photoshop.



If you plan on using this, make sure you do a rasterization and be sure to blur and warp the text to fit the wrinkles of the paper.

P.S. I also have many other receipt .psd's saved on my computer over time if anyone is interested I will share them.

Id like to say for a rma but i dont think kmart does that shit. Also id try using this but every kmart around me has closed down.
