Group Leaders

Eternal.

We are currently recruiting for the first time, this will be the only recruitment for the year. We want people who are able to be more open about themselves and willing to help others however they can. We heavily recommend video or voice applications, it's the easiest way to get to know applicants better and has a much higher rate of acceptance. If you would like to make your application private feel free to send it directly to a leader via PM. We are mainly looking for people who have never been in a group before or are currently not in a group, but if you're currently in a group you can still get in, it'll just be harder. Feel free to make your application as long or short as you feel like, feel free to skip questions if you would like, but remember they are there for a reason.

Please use the following questions in your application, feel free to modify the design / formatting of the application, you can make it a voice app, video app, create a design with the questions answered on it, a website, or anything to show off your originality, completely up to you. Those that do video/voice applications still tend to have the best chances of getting accepted.

Explain, with examples, the skills you possess:

I'm a programmer (as you could tell by my name). I'm fluent in a few different languages, and make a good amount off of HF. Not that it would matter, but I'm also very good at almost any Call of Duty game. More innuendo wise, I've dealt with loved ones who've submitted to drugs, alcohol, and have even committed suicide. I'm always available to talk to users when they're in need of anything I'm able to assist them with.

Which section are you most active in and why?

I usually browse the new posts, but I usually find myself in their one of the programming sections, the marketplace, and the Lounge.

Marketplace - I'm very involved in the HF marketplace.
Lounge - The most general topics that I love to read
Programming - Well, you know.

Why do you want to join Phoenix?: It seems like a high quality group that I'd like to be in.

In one to three paragraphs, tell us a little bit about yourself personally or possibly something quite memorable that happened in your life, or an explanation of what makes you who you are.:

Well, I don't really like describing myself, but I'm more of 'the quiet guy' that has an infinite mind. I'm always thinking, but I never really express my thoughts or opinions. Something memorable, I don't know if that's supposed to mean bad or good, so I'll just go with good. Something memorable for me would have been when I was around 7 and my parents got in a car accident and almost died, but survived. My stepdad had to wear a neck cast for 2 months, and my mom broke her ankle. I'm very thankful they're still alive.

Where do your priorities in life lie? What is most important to you?

My priorities, let's see.

Keeping up in school, helping others, and playing around online.

What caused you to stay active and be part of the community on Hackforums after first joining?

I was mostly interested in the programming sections at first, but then I realized how cool the rest of HackForums was and decided to stay and browse around more.

It's now part of my daily routine.

If you like this, I'll whip up a video and send it to you guys. Just let me know :)

Honestly, I haven't always been this way. I was raised Catholic my whole life, going to formal mass every single Sunday. Religion has always interested me, I absolutely love reading all of the different stories and learning morals from them. Why, you might ask why I do not believe in God? I'm basically just in a position at the moment, where I want to see what's really out there, and learn more about things. I was brought up Catholic my whole life, meaning that's what I was influenced by, but what if that wasn't right? What if being Mormon was the right religion to be for example? I am still finding my way with this right now, but I will not deny there is something probably there. If there is something that you don't understand, or have any questions, feel free to ask me anything.

Explain, with examples, the skills you possess.
Social Engineering
I have been doing these sorts of things for a long time. Talking to people is something that I have been really quite good at, whether it be gaining information on someone or simply just being friendly. I haven't been doing this a whole lot anymore, but it's definitely something that I am good at.

E-Whoring
E-Whoring has been something that I actually naturally discovered how to do. I remember the first time I pretended to be a girl to get back at some guy that was harassing my friend. Well, needless to say after getting actual money from him, I thought I would have a shot in doing this with random guys, probably hornier guys, so thus I started E-Whoring. It took me a while to make any money again, but eventually, I found numerous methods and ways in doing so.
Here are some threads I have contributed to the E-Whoring Section.
- Massive E-Whoring Guide || Updated Daily || + Picture Packs || Help Desk
- E-Whoring Stream // Massive Photo Gallery // Funnies

English
English and my writing are things that I am getting into for school. Exploring new styles of writing is like discovering a whole new world, yes like in Aladdin. I have been writing things, especially for music for about two years. English has probably been one of the only classes I have always kept my grade above a 95. For some reason, I just love the class and everything about it.

Music
Not sure this really matters, but it's something I am good at, so why not. Music has been my life ever since probably 8th grade when I got my first iPod. I remember when my friends used to always used to be listening to music, but I hadn't really known what music could be like other than the music that my father always had playing on the radio, which was NOT bad music, I just wasn't really exposed to what was out there. Pretty soon, I started getting into drumming for school, and was in Marching Band Freshman year on drumline, well until I got kicked out xD I started doing music on my own after that, playing instruments such as the drums of course, piano, guitar, and vocals. Over time, the music I listened to change a lot, and went through I guess you could say phases? I would listen to Oldies Rock, and then got up to the dubstep phase, and now I'm listening to Death Metal, which I actually love and can relate to with the lyrics and what not. I have been writing music for a while now, mostly emotional songs about how I'm feeling and how life is going and those sort of things. I have started trying to take this more seriously and get in contact with other people serious about a musical career, but things aren't looking so great at the moment..

GFX
I have been doing GFX since I was 14 years old. I started out with just a pen and paper like most, basically drawing out whatever weird abstract things came into my head. Soon, things started becoming clearer what I was drawing, and I found myself drawing "Graffiti" style words, making really cool designs. I started doing other styles of fonts other than graffiti to expand my knowledge basically, and found myself getting into Calligraphy. The more and more I drew, the more confident I felt in myself, so I attempted drawing people. I was absolutely terrible, and it was probably one of the worst experiences in my lives when my friend completely thought my work was a joke, which I do agree, it was terrible. Then I realized that maybe drawing realistic people just isn't my thing, so I started watching various Anime with my older brother, who introduced me to the starters such as Naruto. I started drawing Anime Characters, and they turned out to be really good honestly. I was extremely picky about making them look exactly like they did in the Anime, without tracing them of course, and started drawing those characters. After a while, I soon was introduced to Photoshop by my brother, and he gave me a bunch of basic tutorials and basically everything I knew for a while. I got better after watching various YouTube tutorials on how to do things, and the knowledge just basically sank in. I wouldn't say that I am an expert, but I can assure that I definitely know my way around.

Which section are you most active in and why?
Right now, I have been spending most of my time here on Hack Forums in the E-Whoring Section. Other than that, I spend most of my time in The Marketplace. I only ever do deals here on Hack Forums, and I have been ever since I joined. The most time though, would have to go to either the sub-sections: Online Accounts, or Appraisals and Pricing sections. That's basically one of the things I do to make a little extra money here and there and so on. Other than that, I like to post anywhere and everywhere that I can apply my knowledge to, hopefully being able to help someone out.

Why do you want to join Phoenix?
There are many reasons why I want to be in Phoenix. This is actually one of my favorite groups on Hack Forums, and the userbar is amazing.
I really want to join this group because it is dedicated to helping other people. I spend most of my time here on Hack Forums assisting other members, and helping them out.

In one to three paragraphs, tell us a little bit about yourself personally or possibly something quite memorable that happened in your life, or an explanation of what makes you who you are..
( I have negated some minor details that I didn't feel was necessary to share, you'll be able to tell why I hope. )
I’m going to start off by saying this now, so you are not confused. I was not ever good with girls. Ever. I was never good enough, and they would always end up leaving and finding someone else, or just becoming frustrated with how much of a wishy-washy person that I was. This was around the time I was first discovering my deep love for music, when I was in this relationship with this girl that we will call “Susan”. (No, her name is not really Susan). Susan was what you would call “emotional” or “emo” for short, and would always have these anxiety attacks or be depressed. This would continue on down our relationship for a long time, eventually until she reached the breaking point, and decided she wanted to take her life. Fortunately, I was there and let’s not get into too many details, but I tried stopping her, but nothing seemed to work. I started singing to her, with a guitar that she had in her room, it was her favorite son, called “The Morticians Daughter” by Black Veil Brides. To my surprise, which me singing was actually to calm myself down so I didn't have an anxiety attack, it worked. She calmed down, and everything actually seemed to be getting better. I also sang to her “If it Means a lot to You” by A Day to Remember, which that day forward we agreed that dating wasn't our thing, and that we should be best friends. I always think about that day, the day I realized I can actually impact someone with music, and that’s one of the main reasons I really want to do music in my future, it’s who I am.

Where do your priorities in life lie? What is most important to you?
Well, I am going to have to be honest even though this might sound cliché and dumb. My family and those that I love are my top priorities. Even though we argue and fight all the time, we are always here for one another, and that’s how it should be. After that, comes school which I really need to be doing my best in, not because I want to do work, but because I need to get the education and the degree for my future. Music is definitely one of my other priorities. Music is my life, and I wouldn't give it up for anything. After everything else, I put myself. I’m not really a selfish person at all, don’t get me wrong though, I do love my stuff, but I put others before myself.

What caused you to stay active and be part of the community on Hack Forums after first joining?
Well, I first joined Hack Forums to learn how to “hack”, I mean haven’t we all? Pretty soon though I made my first deal. I bought my first “OG” account, and actually became good friends with the person. Most of my Hack Forums days were just me doing deals for the first parts, and then I decided that posting in Threads, and being a part of the community more than just money was the right way to go, which it definitely was. I have made some good friends here, and I am glad I stayed after first coming here. I intend on staying here on Hack Forums for a while, so yes, I guess that does mean all of you are stuck with me <3

I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.
I don't know if I should reserve this spot because you guys might not be able to handle me.
Name: Prefer not to post here.

Explain, with examples, the skills you possess: I am very good with computers and am Sophomore/Junior in college and am majoring in Web Development. I am trying to decide between Dual Majoring in Web Development and Computer Science, or Biotechnology and Neuroscience (I have enough scholarship offers and grants to last me 10 years, so I'm not rushing). I am very intelligent and very quick to pick things up. I have a very magnetic personality and I am very good at getting people to like and trust me. It's not really a skill, but I'm never in a bad mood; I am always smiling and try to get others to laugh or be upbeat when they are feeling down.

Which section are you most active in and why?
I was most active in the Marketplace and Hacking when I first joined and later moved on to other sections like Gaming and the Lounge. I am guessing most of my posts are probably spread through the Lounge and Gaming.

Why do you want to join Phoenix?:
I've only seen a few people sporting the Phoenix Userbar and almost all of them were high quality, good members. It looks like a solid group led by some pretty cool guys that aren't based on Hacking or the Marketplace.

In one to three paragraphs, tell us a little bit about yourself personally or possibly something quite memorable that happened in your life, or an explanation of what makes you who you are.:
Like I said above, I'm very smart and I get along with people very well. I put others before myself and try to make them feel better before I worry about myself. I graduated High School a year and a half early, but could have graduated partway through my Freshman year if I felt like it. I decided to stay in high school to meet new people and not be some 15 year old on a University campus. I'm not a huge nerd and have a very busy social life.

Where do your priorities in life lie? What is most important to you?
Well right now I'm focusing on school for the most part. My friends are very important to me so I always make time for them as well. After college, depending on what I decide to Dual Major in, I'm going to try to get a job in my field.

What caused you to stay active and be part of the community on Hackforums after first joining?
I came for the hacking and computer related things and found the Marketplace which I pretty much stuck to when I first joined. After awhile I started posting more and more often in the Gaming section and the Lounge. I really liked the majority of the community and how well the site is ran compared to others.

Anything else you would like to say:
Not really. I saw the thread and decided to jump in and make an application. I would really love to join! Thanks!
Good luck, this is once in a lifetime chance so make it count. Best group to be apart of on HF, amazing people.

Explain, with examples, the skills you possess:

I'm an intelligent and hard working person who wishes to strive the best in every way. I try to make everybody around me laugh, even when times are tough. Besides having the knowledge of coding and some blackhat services, I try to achieve the very best and extend my knowledge and share it with everyone.

Which section are you most active in and why?

I'm very active in the Lounge, having a great time with everyone and just chilling out. I'm active in the Marketplace Disussions, helping people or discussing about certain issues. I try to become an all rounder and post in many sections, to experience everything. I have gradually started posting in the Inneudo and Health Wise section.

Why do you want to join Phoenix?:

It's a great group, the descendant of 143. I always dreamed to be in 143, a generous and friendly group with all kinds of people. I look forward to this group, it has developed a lot.

In one to three paragraphs, tell us a little bit about yourself personally or possibly something quite memorable that happened in your life, or an explanation of what makes you who you are.:

Sometimes I look myself in the mirror, What Am I? I'm a human being, but I am worth more dead than alive. What has the right for me to be in this world? I remembered this line 6 years ago, when I tried cutting myself. Life was tough, I had bad grades in school. I didn't have anyone to talk to, I was scared. I wasn't a bad student, but I never had a good time at home too. I was constantly forced to do chores at home and cook, as it would develop you in the future. This stopped 4 years ago, but it had a huge impact me on my life.

Who Am I? I don't feel like to be treated as Who, but What instead. What did I accomplish? Good Grades. Knowledge. Coding. Fitness Training. Basketball. No one should be treated as nobody, but everyone should be treated by what they have done and they should be respected.

Where do your priorities in life lie? What is most important to you?

Everything is important to me, but I value respect a lot. "Treat Others How You Would Be Treated". Without the respect of my teachers and parents, I could not imagine what state I would've been in right now.

What caused you to stay active and be part of the community on Hackforums after first joining?

There weren't much people when I joined, many marketers selling ebooks with the same methods all over again. I tried to keep everyone active by having frequent giveaways and dilemma discussions. It's a great community to be in, it's not about the money or the knowledge, but the friends you make here and the times together.

Anything else you would like to say:

Thank You for spending your own personal time reading this, I hope I have captivated you.
Can't wait to apply for this group :)

Will post my application as soon as I get home 🤗

I'm sorry, but no.

First off, you're 15 years old and I quote, "I've dealt with loved ones who've submitted to drugs, alcohol, and have even committed suicide." What you catch you're friends smoking grass picked from their front lawn out of an apple or are your friends drinking apple juice pretending its beer. Don't let me remind you what your first couple usernames were and yes I know we all had that "first username" phase, but god damn where the fuck was your head.
Spoiler (Click to View)

Furthermore, you claim you are a "programmer" due to your oh so unique username. A quote from your application, "I'm a programmer (as you could tell by my name)." Indubitably (go ahead google this word) I'm convinced you cannot write a single line of code. Another quote which can be found in your application, "I'm fluent in a few different languages, and make a good amount off of HF." Well go ahead now, please show me what languages you are fluent in and a piece of code.

Who are you to critisize someones application? You're not in Phoenix nor do you know what the leaders are looking for in terms of members. Yes, there is an application giving guildlines, however there is a lot more to it. This is a recruitment thread, not a thread meant for singling out individuals and making them feel bad about an application they deemed good enough for recruitment. Please keep any bashing comments off of this thread, ecspecially if you're not even in Phoenix and have no idea how the recruitment process works, not cool man! Please be respectful of others 🙂 ; as I'm sure you'd want if you applied.
Regards.
