Good LGA1150 Server Class Motherboard |

I have an Xeon E3-1225v3 that I'm pulling out of an existing server.
Anyone have a recommendation for a workstation/server class motherboard that will work? - Must support ECC RAM - Less than $300 please, Amazon only. I've been looking at the ASUS P9D WS.

I am running Supermicro X10SLH-F, it is one of the best server grade motherboards you can get. It even has IPMI which is one the main requirements for me these days. Supermicro X10SAT is good one too, but it is a workstation grade (no server features).
