I bought a 12 month off of this guy. I paid him $19 BTC last night and he said he would send me the code when he got on his computer. He never did and this morning I messaged him again 3 times and he finally responded and asked for my BTC address to give me a refund. But he never sent the money back and I never got my code.

You probably didn't scam just 2 people.
Even scamming somebody 1$ isn't cool, scam 19 people and you get 19$ for free.
