My feet are freezing almost 24/7, my dad tells me it's bad circulation.. It never really bothered me, but as a high school student I have to wait for the bus in below freezing temperatures, and it's torture.

What do you think it is?

Your body's main goal is to maintain the heat of your vital organs. So literally, your feet and hands aren't as important and get colder. Try eating more iron, or more socks and gloves.

I have the same issue, and your dad is right.
A company called Smart wool makes these really warm and comfy socks but they are very expensive. Buy a pair and see if they work for you and if so buy more. Otherwise slip disposable foot warmers into your sneakers.
