So i decided to overclock my GPU just a bit to get a little more juice out of it from factory (625MHz) i put it to (675MHz) then back down to factory after i realized that it just dropped my FPS. After i reset it to factory settings the FPS was still dropped. I even rebooted my computer and nothing helped. What did i do and how can i fix this?

Have you tried to overclock your GPU too much? If it's a laptop, then the problem is solved, Laptop GPU's can't be OC'ed, unless they're purely full gaming ones.

No it is not a laptop. It's a desktop.
