100+ fps before now gets 15 fps below after overclocking? WTF

Im running pubg smooth 60-100+ fps before. I overclocked my GTX 1050ti (+160 core clock) (+500 memory clock) I ran through Valley Benchmarks and MSI Kombuster gets 20-40 fps on Valley and 218+ on Kombuster. Now after i ran pubg with the overclocked settings im getting 15 and below fps like what the hell? Did i do something wrong? Should i increase the voltage or unlock voltage control? And now the problem seems to be persist even with the default clocks.

Current Specs:
i5 3330
6gb DDR3
Gigabyte GTX 1050ti Windforce OC - 6pin pcie power connector.
600w PSU

Update:
I rebooted the whole system twice and revert back to the default clocks seems to be working fine but still cant run pubg with the overclocked settings
Did you stress test while overclocking?

Seems like it's not stable.
Check your temps and do a reasonably long stress test before even attempting to play PUBG on an overclocked GPU. I'm guessing you can't pass a proper stress test with the settings you originally used for the OC.

It has a decent temps 50-62 while on stress test. I just figured out a while ago it seems to be the memory clock. It gets instant stucked on 800mhz below when overclocked to 200-400mhz and needs a system reboot for it to revert back to normal hence making the whole stress test and pubg useless (15-20 fps). But why and how?

The memory OC isn’t stable, it takes a shit.
Lower the memory OC, in my experience memory only like +200, +300 tops, seeing you say +500 was kinda suspect tbh.
It could be a heat issue, or maybe your cpu is throttling the GPU (your cpu is old and is lower end)

Nope and nope.
If you read, temps are ok, low for an OC in my opinion.... and the CPU will handle much higher GPUs easily.
