Best alternative to notepad++ on mac?

So i used to use notepad++ but now it doesn't work.
I got text wrangler but it makes everything left to right in one long line.

What do y'all use
TextWrangler. It's free and available on the App Store. Here's a direct link to the App Store, it'll trigger an external protocol request and will open the app on the App Store. http://appstore.com/mac/TextWrangler

but as i said in the main thread, it makes it all in one long line.
not in separate lines as it would in notepad++

I've never had issues pasting code I to TextWrangler. Can you link what you're pasting?

Have you tried turning on word wrap?
Check out Sublime Text

pretty decent
What are you using the text editor for exactly? I've heard great things about text wrangler as well.
I'd vouch for Sublime Text. I used to use Notepad++, but after a friend of mine showed me Sublime Text, I never went back to Notepad++.
I thought the user interface was a lot nicer, and for me to use it while doing some simple scripting, it was pretty convenient.
Brackets.io should do what you want and i have never had any issues 🤝
You should try Sublime Text. I use it everyday
I've been using Sublime text for a ling time now. However, I've also heard good things about http://Atom.io
What type of files are you editing?
Just use vim.
Sublime Text 2 would be your best alternative.. It's lightweight, it has tons of plug ins available, and it's free.

Ew text wrangler *shivers*... I would highly recommend Atom or Sublime Text
