What makes you think that? Just don't sign up to random sites and don't post personal information for public view.
People can't do much else if they're tracking you down with no online sources.

Thanks for the tip. It's primarily because I never use a VPN and hand out my Skype quite freely.

Change email for every social media / [insert choice] site that might get people to want you through

Change usernames from site to site, secure skype, be careful with all the info you give (for exemple in HF threads, infos, skype/emails mostly) get yourself out of the yellow pages, remove any fingerprint you may want gone don't click on ip loggers or get a free proxy near you that has a decent response time to click the specified link. Don't get a virus on your computer.

Unless you dun goofed and the FBI is after you, then dont worry about it man.
You could just not use Skype. Contact Skype live support and have them actually delete your account permanently if you're concerned.
In my opinion VPNs are really not necessary unless you are bypassing Internet laws or hiding from someone.

If you feel that you are easily found, and you are scared of the information that might be out there of you that could be found easily.
I would delete any form of social media you have entered in the past. I mean anything personal etc. Start over.
Delete your account or change every single piece of information on each one. Change all personal info to fake besides a email. Make a new email.
Get a new Ip-Address.

What I said above is the only way of completely getting your self removed.

Don't use skype without a proxy (www.torguard.net). Don't give out skype for business.

Tips:
#1 - Don't signup on multiple forums or online communities posting the exact same content.
#2 - Don't use social media accounts or file sharing accounts. (Including Skype)
#3 - Use a secure and encrypted email such as Tutanota or ProtonMail.
#4 - Start using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
#5 - Avoid posting personal information online (Birthday, Name, Family, etc.)

Make fake dox of yourself, don't use the same username, never share skype randomly, don't give real information.
