Where to start C++ game dev

Hey guys
I already have some experience using C++ (also using some advanced features) and I wish to start game development, so do any of you guys have any references for possibly good books/tutorials that I can use to get started in development?
I suggest you learn basic C++ syntax(any youtube tutorial would do, i suggest thenewboston)
After that learn the "SFML" library, when you are done doing that you will realize game development isnt worth your time and move on to better, more productive and rewarding things
Does "THE" game development even exist? I mean, "it" actually focusses almost EVERYTHING that modern software engineering is capable of. What are you interested in, exactly? Grafic engines? Level design/mapping? Physic simulations? Netcodes? The balancing of LoL-Champions? I mean, you better make a choice.

Plus, I recommend you to check out Unreal Engine 4, respectively Unreal Tournament 4. The system that its developers are planning to establish sounds epic indeed, haha. Could be a sandbox paradise for gaming-interested coders like you.
If you want to code 3D games from scratch you should try DirectX/OpenGL libraries (If 2D, maybe try SDL). Otherwise it's easier to use an engine like Unreal Engine 4.
