Move everything to different partition - format partitions

Long story short, I want to move everything except windows folder to my 2 other partitions, and then format the partitions. Will my computer still function? Will everything still work the same?
No, some programs are hardcoded to install on system disk and others require registry changes in order to be moved to a different partition and function properly.

Whats the point of moving them to different partitions if you are only going to format them right after ?
Human stupidity : Buying something they have no clue about, and then ask if they wasted their money.

So that I can get rid of everything in those partitions as well, and have it all in one
