Recently re installed Windows 8.1 on my pc, and I'm running into an error when activating .net services. Anyone have any clue on how to fix this?

It could however happen that something got messed up and as OP said, re-installing usually fixes this.

I hate to correct you here but if you go to "search" then type windows features, it gives you an option to enable or disable features such as .net framework.
