I want to put a few of my Empire-headed threads on to a blog and was looking to contact the graphic's owners.

Well the person who brought the graphics.. Tibit, However he is banned so i think it belongs to the maker in this case

Tibit would have purchased the rights to the graphics, I would assume.

I think there were multiple designers however.

Under Intellectual Property laws, the designer still owns the rights unless they explicitly sold all of them to Tibit (they probably didn't). Tibit was (for lack of a better word) 'leased' the right to use them with the designer's consent, but the designer still owns the IP of the pieces.

As for who the designer is, I can't help you I'm afraid. I used to know, but I've forgotten. It may have been xitoxic, but I can't remember.

I made a bunch of signatures and avatars (and I own all of the IP for The Empire's Products' designs), but the sigs and avatars were just based on the horse motif established by whoever created the original stuff. I didn't make either UB.

I thought Novica made the most recent UB? I know some random made the original one which was why it was changed in the first place. I'll go back and try to find a thread (if any) when they were trying to change the UB to figure it all out.
