OMC
what happened to omc... |
|
Everyone was stocking up because the group auction was expected to have already started. Hype and demand died down a bit. Although keep in mind that Bittrex is still exchanging a good volume of OMC every day. If I was you, I'd stock up now whie the price is so low.

My hope is that within this month I resume the auction with an end date near June 1. Unfortunately Omni's been slapped in the face with other site issues which is imo the reason it hasn't started yet.
Nothing happen to OMC. Price jumping up and down is normal.
It's completely normal to have prices jumping up and down for all crypto currencies, it's one of their good/bad sides? it allows you to make big profits, but at same time you might get big looses.
Personally I think the price will go up and up during the auction, but once it's over there will be a big jump down, and idk what'll happen after that... Have a cool signature? hit me up and I might use it.

There's a few finished projects to be released at Omni's discretion. I don't think there will be too big of a drop after the auction.
The adoption rate will skyrocketing once Omi integrate OMC tipping system into HF.

Just wondering will that be a built in HF wallet or will it be external? (May 30, 2015 06:27 AM)Vandie Wrote: Once thats in I reckon the use of OMC will skyrocket. Hack Forums is already a hot target. Adding money to the mix is a recipe for disaster. (May 30, 2015 09:53 AM)Doctor Blue Wrote: Hack Forums is already a hot target. Even if the site were hacked, all the wallets are encrypted.

Until then, I'm sticking with offline wallets. While that is true, a small modification to the javascript wallet would be enough to make users send all their funds to someone next time they use the wallet. True, but it's easy enough to let users download a static copy of the JS, supply checksums, have remote servers check to make sure the JS hasn't been tampered with, etc. (May 30, 2015 12:06 AM)NiktoKan Wrote: The adoption rate will skyrocketing once Omi integrate OMC tipping system into HF. When will that be? Looks like an interesting investment. |
