This method is good if you had a card linked to your Limited PayPal and now you can't use it. Alright, so after a long search trying to find this method and finally I found one and tried it myself and it works! Now I can pay my webhosting, purchase items on Ebay, and who ever else uses PayPal without a problem. PM me and the first 50 Ubers will receive this method, I don't want to release it too wide because then it may get fixed. So get it now 🙂

This isn't just setting up a vcc, do you actually get the same card to work?

No you don't get the same card to work, you get 1 physical card but infinite card numbers.

hey i am not uber but I really need this fix , I need to buy something using paypal but can't because they restricted it . I want this method just so I can purchase I won't release it.
