After trying to Wipe this computer I just bought I get this error running the - remove everything and reinstall windows - AAA_SystemSetings_Misc_ResetYourPC.settingcontent-ms this app does not support the contract specified or is not installed

Error could be from corrupted factory image you should take back the computer to place you purchase and explain to them you cannot reset your computer. Have you read the user manual because there could be other ways you can reset your computer.
