[HELP] Confused with RAT and No-IP client

Hi there ,
I just want to ask some questions , hope you help me 🤝

The first is , how to make No-IP DNS Server ? I tried to downloading NO-IP DUC and starts my dns host , its work fine on my PC , but when i try to connect my no-ip dns server on another pc , it says Connection timeout or server down. Any idea how to fix that ?

PS : I'm use No-IP DNS for njRAT trojan 😉 , i'm using an USB Modem ( Which is require a SIM Card to connect though the internet and cannot be port forwarded , but i try to open portquiz.net on port 1177 (njRAT port) its work fine and saying that port is not blocked , i try to turn off the firewall but still had the same result 🤝 )

And the last , how to compress/compile RAT Trojan ? I try to use UPX but it didn't works , can someone tell me the name of the program ( download link will be better ) to compress or at least the RAT become undetectable by antivirus system :)

That's all my question , hope someone can help me 🤝🤝

Welcome to Hack Forums 🤝
Firstly this will get a better reply in Remote Administrative Tools forum
But do not post a new thread, cross posting is not allowed.

To answer your questions.
DO NOT use no-ip.com for DNS forwarding. They might seem like a good option, but they are Authority compliant, meaning if the feds go asking for the info, no-ip will gladly hand it right over to them. I recommend DuckDNS instead.

For port forwarding I recommend use of www.canyouseeme.org and input the service port there.

Secondly, use of a Wireless USB modem (Running through the cellular network I assume) - Well, I cant speak to this, SOME have built in firewalls, some do not. Contact your provider to clarify this matter, or supply the model ID for the USB stick modem and I can do a quick check for ya.

Assuming you are in fact firewalled and can not port forward. You have 3 main options.
  • A VPN service that supports port forwarding (Such as R4WVPN)
  • Setup a Virtual private server somewhere to use as your controller, then just remotly connect to that.
  • Use another design of bot (HTTP or IRC based)

As for "compression" With the way you have worded this I am assuming you in fact mean a Crypter. Crypters will get the viral binary past the Anti virus scanners. Simply compressing the file is useless as Anti viral scanners can read in to archives and cabinet files (compressed files or archives) and can and will still detect the virus if it is not Crypted to be FUD.

Want a FUD crypter free? Good luck, there are many free crypters and even though the authors update them regularily to keep the detection rates down, they go unFUD very fast due to the massive amount of users who use them.
I would HIGLY recommend actually purchasing a reliable crypter instead. this will keep your detection rates much lower for much longer.

Hope this helps a bit, Regards 🤝

Yeah thanks for your reply , but what do you mean "port forwarding" ? although my modem is USB stick modem and cannot be port forwarded, my ISP open my port in 1177 , i checked it on portquiz and they say the port is work completely.

And , if i use VPN , how to do port forwarding on a VPN ?

Hope you reply 🤝

Port forwarding explained simply is the act of opening the port on the firewall to allow traffic to pass through the firewall and be routed to the correct destination on the internal network. Being your using a USB stick. there is no internal network, just your machine. But the same principal applies.

As for Port forwarding on the VPN, every VPN service differs. but in R4WVPN you would login to the web interface of your account and do it from there, you would select your commonly used VPN server and have the port opened on that specific server, again, to allow traffic to pass through the firewall and communicate with the device beyond the firewall.

Yeah , although i use USB stick modem to connect to the internet , so i just have to turn off the windows firewall ? or anything else that i might to do ?

Well, again the USB modem may or may not have a firewall as well.
use www.canyouseeme.org to verify if ports are open and actively listening for connections.

If the site reports the port is open, there is no communication issues. - But chances are also means the firewall is disabled and your running behind no protection.

POINT OF NOTE: Most USB modems are not firewalled by default. (Not the ones we get in my area at least) This being said, you DO NOT want to outright disable your software firewall. you will want to go in to the firewall rules and add an exception to the njRat client.

Error: I could not see your service on 114.121.xxx.x on port (2200)

  • What port is njRAT configured to listen on? (Port 2200?)
  • Is njRAT running and activly listening for connections when you test?
  • Is windows firewall on or off?

My windows firewall are off

Sounds like the Modem is firewalled. Contact your ISP to verify, or provide the USB modems Model # here I will check for you.

How to check modems Model # ? sorry because i'm just beginner 🤝

Should be on the back of the device itself.
Look for a note similar to Model: whatever456

Also I just wrote this up in the event you do not have a firewall on the modem.
How to allow your RAT trough the Windows Firewall

Cheers 🤝

In the product specs there is no mention of a internal firewall for the device.

Try this:

Diable your Windows firewall - port test on www.canyouseeme.org
If it works, enable firewall and retest.

If it does NOT work with firewall disabled, contact your ISP as they will have to either open the port for you, or will advise ports can not be opened.

If it is the later, go back to my previous post and see the next 3 best options you have available. 🤝

I tried to disable firewall & antivirus , and test port 2200 , getting connection timeout message , what does that mean ? Is my ISP blocked the port ? or should i try another port ? 🤝 I have already ask the ISP but the ports can't be opened :(

And the last , can you give me a free VPN that supports port forwarding ? thanks in advice 🤝
