Now double click on the form design or right click and click "view code"
Before the Public Class add this

Code
Imports System.Web
Imports System.IO
Imports System.Net.Mail

Now Double Click Button 1 and add the code

CODE

In the code you will notice this line of code
Code
SmtpServer.Credentials = New Net.NetworkCredential(TextBox3.Text, TextBox4.Text)

Textbox3.text would be the textbox where you enter your gmail information and textbox4.text is the password. If you want you can integrate the gmail into the program if your going to be the only person using it. To do this just write something like this instead

Code
SmtpServer.Credentials = New Net.NetworkCredential("[email protected]", "YourGmailPassword"

Now double click your button 2 and add this
Code
END

This just exits the program

Now you need to click on the little arrow of your combobox and select "Edit items" should look like this

Now its time to create your Sexy GUI... Play around with it, create labels for your textboxes and have fun with it.

Heres what mine now looks like
http://prntscr.com/82ho16

When your done with your design click File>Save all and save it somewhere then on the top click Build>Build "Application name here" Then go to the folder you saved it in and navigate to bin>release
There you will see your finished .exe application

Thanks you, great tutorial.
Can you please delete the thread. Thanks.
So we have a form that looks nice. Now what?

EDIT: Didn't see the pastebin link.

OP, I would suggest a select case rather than many if, elseif statements.
Also, you do not need to check every if statement to set the subject/body/message, you can just do that once.
