It's not only the government that wants your data. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc collect your data and sell it to advertisers

Everyone should care about internet privacy. Nobody should be allowed to see what you're searching for on the internet. To me its invasion of privacy if one does so.

Internet privacy doesn't matter to me mainly because there's nothing for me to keep secret. Honestly.

It bothers me to a point, I like my privacy and I should be able to be able to be fully anonymous if i want to. At the same time I do not mind companies like Google collecting my data if it means ads etc are more targeted towards me, as a matter of fact I prefer it. I'd rather have adds for new computer gear pop up than have baby products and KY jelly popping up everywhere.
