Working on a watermelon project, although the project is on my portable HDD, which isn't at home. I decided to play around with the watermelon some though and try a few shading techniques. Threw this together in 5 mins or so and thought it was funny.



I realized I missed a part at the bottom:

+ the shading is nothing to be proud of.

Just thought I would share though. In a week or so I will be posting the final project I am doing with the watermelon, and a .psd to go with it most likely.
I am placing the watermelon in a sketchy type neighborhood and turning it into a water-melon house. Got the watermelon placed and shaded how I like it, and color corrected perfectly, however I am currently working on opening it up and creating a door with red watermelon inside. Also adding windows and a chainlink fence.

the right "lower corner" from the watermelon has been cut out so horrible. The other sides are okay but not good :/
