I have looked over the documents and yes it may be helpful but what are the next actions against someone who was reported but still continue to break the rules. They just won't stop and don't seem to care. A particular user which happens to be a Uber has been constantly harassing me over legitimate questions I had about something I as well made the mistake of applying to their group as I thought they were a legit group until I was notified they were a fraud. Moments later after said user was proven a fraud he tried his best to debunk me but failed miserably so now he is constantly posting Low quality posting, breaking multiple hf rules. I don't even have the time to report all of his postings as he just keeps going.
