Hello guys!

It seems to me that I have been scammed by the user "0x -"

We made a deal where he was suppose to program me a piece of software, and he never did. He never sent me ANYTHING whatsoever. Kind of irritated, to say the least.

So, after submitting my payment he instructed me that the project will take 7 days max. I decided that the time-frame was okay, due to the complexity of the project. But anyways, so the user then kind of disappears without saying a word to me for a couple of days, but then when I message him on HackForums, he then replies saying "one word, hospital." It's not that I do not want to believe him, but I just do not believe him. Also, I have been spamming him on Skype for the past few days, not a single response. Lol. He also said he was a past leader of the group NULL.

Now, I know it was pretty naive of me to handle the service deal the way I did, but I am new to this part of town, so I was kind of stupid. Lol.

Scam!! why not just press the refund button instead of going through stress explaining he's at hospital.

I do not blame you for feeling this way. My friend showed me his reputation not to long ago, and that is when I realized I messed up hard. Lol.

I would, but then that would effect the legitimacy of the charge-back if anything were to happen in the future.

I would rather put a claim with PayPal, and have them deal with it.

I'm not worried about it, because he knows he is wrong.
He cannot deny the fact that he scammed someone.
