I just finished cleaning the internal of my computer and now it won't boot. My monitor detects the computer, but I don't even see Windows or the bios load. I cleaned it with compressed air, I also used a duster so I thought that maybe something was unplugged but I keep checking and nothing has been unplugged. Not sure what to do now, any help is appreciated.

Triple check every wire and make sure the ram and graphics card are both seated if you want take them out and put them back in, obviously something was unplugged or moved a bit.
