We agreed on 172m OSRS for 0.55BTC. After I sent him the bitcoins he started acting strange, first he said he was loading his browser and then he said there was an issue with his bitcoin wallet. I provided clear proof of payment and at this point it's impossible that the coins haven't reached him yet. I told him this, but he looks at my PM for 2 seconds and then starts browsing completely irrelevant threads before logging off again. Surely it doesn't take hours to load his browser to log on Runescape.

After that he has been stalling it, first he said "in 30 minutes" then he delayed it by another couple of hours. I see he has been trying to MM stuff, buy CSGO knives and other things meanwhile, so this is more than likely an exit scam. He's blaming it on his worker now.
