Stating that I was purchasing Instagram Mentions

The user Tomorrowland messaged me on Skype saying he will sell me Instagram mentions

So, I private message him on HF to confirm his Skype name, and he confirms it so he's telling me he will give me 5,000 mentions for $10 and I told him we will do $1 for 500 first


So, I sent him $0.99 instead of $1 and BOOM! I get told this:
