Some series that i've watched and enjoyed alot that aired in 2015 are

Cross Ange(2014-2015)
Owari no Seraph and Season 2
Haikyuu S2
Gundam IBO
One punch man was okay
Charlotte, Gate, Prison School, Food Wars, Kekkai Sensen, Arslan Senki, Baby Steps season 2, Tokyo Ghoul jack(OVA), Tokyo Ghoul S2 was in early 2015, Assassination Classroom, Absolute duo(wasn't that great but i watched it) , Parasyte and Seven Deadly sins didn't finish until like March of 2015 too.

So yeah theres been alot of stuff to watch i think, i only pick what looks intresting to watch, and i usually don't watch airing stuff this has been the first time i kept up with a few airing shows this season as i binge watch alot alot of older completed series or past seasons.

Shokugeki, although I fell off watching a bunch of newer ones in the past few months. Girls/Dungeon was pretty good too.

Prison School was funnily decent

Shokugeki no Soma, Aldnoah.Zero 2nd season (not as great as the first from 2014), and Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata (because who doesn't love a little shitty-anime genre harem every now and then?)
I feel like Gate could've been the best one but eh, judgement needs to wait until I see how it actually all turns out.

Charlotte could've been fucking awesome but it was limited to 13 episodes. Had it been 24 (or 26, considering), Spoiler (Click to View)
Tokyo Ghoul had a cool ending as well. Sucks my ship, once again, failed, but there's apparently gonna be a third season so I'm clenching my ass for that ship to work out.
