It's just that I understand most of them requires credit recharge, I have no problem with that, only if I could recharge using paypal ?

Voxox stays free for a long ass time. Pretty sure texting is unlimited and calls are $0.10 per minute... you get $1.00 when you sign up. You can also spoof calls to show up as any number in the recipient's caller ID but I didn't tell you that 😝
