I've seen a decent amount of members trying to get VCC's to get their paypal verified, and they're afraid of their paypal getting limited. Can't you just verify it with with your own credit card, bank account or whatever? Can somebody please explain this to me?

Maybe it's because they're going to use that new Paypal they're wanting to make for illegal purposes?

a lot of the people here use fake info on their paypals and stuff, and when a fake paypal gets limited, there's usually nothing you can do about it because they can't verify the identity

Because like 85% of the members on here are either under the age of 18 (meaning they probably don't have a CC, etc.) or using multiple paypals.

Personally, I use VCCs to verify my address, because without it, I have to submit my SSN and normal address which are both blacklisted from PayPal. It just allows us to use PayPal whereas we wouldn't be able to without them.

I would say most use fake paypals for Ewhoring, and they always get limited very quickly.

I was using mine to buy/sell gold and items for various games when they limited my main and I wasn't able to make another without having a vcc.
