How to not get limited & how to fix soft limitation (For high-risk users, aka. y'all)

It's a guide I wrote for another forum but can't be bothered making it proper but it's good info nonetheless.

Quote:I've seen a lot of people here with PayPal problems, etc, so I thought I'd touch the subject.

PayPal sending & receiving payments works like ELO (e.g. in League of Legends or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive). Every transaction that takes place there's a winner and a loser (or both winners if close ELO levels), but the winner is compensated more than 1x of course to make building trust, etc, a possible exercise for all. If you are having problems receiving or sending PayPal payments, then one or both of the accounts are too low ELO. It will (almost) always be able to send and receive payments to high ELO accounts, but every time a transaction takes place between a low ELO and a high ELO account, the low ELO account gets stronger and the high ELO account gets weaker.

If you are having problems sending or receiving funds, and you've tried waiting it out, etc, but it won't let you send, then you have a few options.

1) RECOMMENDED: Boost your ELO score. The way you do this is that you get someone with an insanely high ELO score to send you a few payments, it'll affect their account negatively but will carry you out of ELO hell.

2) Cash out. Find someone with a high ELO score and send your funds to their account. It will have a negative impact on their account however.

How do you get high ELO?

By dealing with other accounts of high ELO, what accounts generally apply for high ELO?

Accounts that don't deal often with low ELO accounts;
- People who exchange on forums, especially with low ELO accounts like stealths or newly created accounts or accounts without a lot of transaction history.
- People who avoid receiving and sending Friends & Family payments.
- People who have a legitimate business to accompany their PayPal account.

Cardinal sins:
- Sending and receiving friends & family payments, especially excessively. 9/10 limitations are caused by low ELO as a result of sending/receiving friends & family payments. Sending and receiving friends & family payments give you a very bad rate on ELO and if you aren't dealing with excessively high ELO accounts then you'll get fucked for sure.
- Sending a payment which requires SMS verification, almost always a sign that the payment is going to have a substantial hit on your ELO.
- Dealing with stealth PayPal's and/or PayPal accounts with a low ELO score, doing currency exchanging, etc. If you are doing this, you MUST have an accompanying legitimate source of business attached to you PayPal. (If you wish to continue using the account longterm.)
- Failing to send payments. Every time you fail to send a payment, your ELO score is temporarily lowered for exactly 24 hours, if you fail to send 5-10 payments within a 24 hour period, your ELO score would be so low that you'd get a limitation.
- Not leaving any funds in the PayPal or leaving round sums, I haven't confirmed this one but it doesn't really hurt to keep $1xx in your PayPal at all times as a general rule.

I am just briefly touching this subject in hopes that it can help some members on here even though it's pretty brief.

Edit: Just as a practical example, you are unable to send to anyone, but if you try [email protected] (extremely high ELO account) it will let you send. (Don't send any payments though, just test and cancel before completing!) E.g. when I couldn't send I could still send $60,000 funded by my credit card to that email without SMS verification.

People with high ELO PayPal's:
- SpK (Skype: dyar95)
- Ph3x (Skype: phex.io)
- ๖ۣۜApocalypse (Skype: mad_cow100)

It's really hard to find people with high ELO PayPal accounts, less than 1/20 exchangers, etc, on this forum have high ELO.

Like honestly, we need to all work together to improve our ELO collectively somehow because exchanging, etc, especially with stealth accounts and whatnot (which is unavoidable almost now-a-days because of the number of people who got burnt already) so that we can stop having issues and stop being looked upon as high risk, etc, even with extremely low chargeback rate if any at all.
