I am getting my first ever tattoo this month and i was wondering which one would actually look good on a 18 year olds left arm i have knocked it down to this design to start off my sleeve and i like this you can suggest me some which look cooler thanks.

Don't get a tattoo unless it truly has some deeper meaning for you, and it'd be better to think long and hard and come up with your own design so you're not really copying and pasting someone else's art.

I would find a great tattoo artist and throw some ideas at him

That's a better step forward and body placement is very important too, so decide on that as well

Honestly i'd recommend you get something small and unnoticeable to anybody that isn't close, that way it will reduce the way people look at you liek badly, say if you have your arms covered in tats and go to a job interview, not going to be good right? Just get something on your wrist small, or on your chest, that's my opinion, unless you want to pursue filling your whole body with ink but until you are sure i'd get something small and unnoticeable.

Just think about it and make sure you want it, and tell the artist if you don´t like it or not, it will stay there for ever.
and to be honest a los meurtos or day of the dead face is a great tattoo for a sleeve will be getting one myself soon

I wouldn't get anything to big unless it has a real meaning to you. I would make it big enough to be seen but not an entire forearm.
