Is it when you gain access to do everything? As if you were a admin? For example, if your locked out your phone and root it will it gain you access? Please explain what it is?

well for one if u play 8 ball pool theres this guideline hack u can use, not all multiplayer games are hackable u can edit youre score get to the top of the leaderboards and shit u can make youre phone run faster delete apps that u couldnt delete that comes factory with youre phone, if u dont know what u doing i would perfer asking for help with youre phone because it may come to a cause where u can brick it and then u will be fucked and u cant use it anymore lol

Well, you can change fonts, and you can flash a rom on there. It pretty much give you almost full access to your phone.

Rooting your phone allows you full access to your phone. You can install file browsers and you can see every file on the system. On some games you can even modify the files to give you coins etc..

Another advantage is that you can flash custom roms like CWM, this can give you access to extra features.
