Intel i7 - why is something so small, so expensive?

It's a small chip, why is it so expensive? What does it do? etc.?
It's transistors are smalled than your hair.
Time it takes to research/develop it.
Fabrication process.
These days common i7's are nearing 2/3 billion transistors.

You go ahead and try and figure out how to place that many of them on such a small area.
Human stupidity : Buying something they have no clue about, and then ask if they wasted their money.

profit margins, yields, and r&d. no other company does their own fabs.
Because intel are bunch of money hungry jews

oy vey...
Why do music players keep getting smaller, but more expensive?
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.

You wouldn't be able to produce an i7 yourself for less than a few billion dollars. You should probably quit while you're ahead.
Miniaturization takes effort, I don't really like Intel as a company anyway
Just have a look to this video : youtube.com/watch?v=-GQmtITMdas
It's tremendously hard to produce it ;)

It's like your dick, small but you wouldn't sell it for cheap.

I'm pretty sure it's because of the technology that's used for making it, and that the materials is quite expensive.

Also the adverising costs a fortune.

It's an extremely powerful processor, that's why it is so expensive. lol..
That is a Oxymoron, something so small is so expensive BECAUSE we want them to be smaller.
