So Mar 17th I purchased 1 year premium web hosting from BlazinHosting offered by Blazin



By the next day, having gotten no login information or acknowledgment of payment. I opened a ticket requesting an update on the service activation.

Things to note:

• Blazin was given a full week of paid services, which were not rendered.
  


• The requested refund was done within the advertised 7 day money back guarantee.
  


• Money back implied a full refund, NOT credit.
  

I am simply asking they honor what was advertised on their own website as it fell well within the time line. Further to this the hosts inability to provide a service those days the services were NOT rendered or otherwise inaccessible should not be counted against the refund period whatsoever.

He is known to not give a fuck about customers. I think there was a case where a customer thought that blazin makes backups but they blazin said that every customer needs to manually backup and stuff. Sad to see that people just don't give a shit about their customers.

But he ordered the hosting on the 17th, and requested a refund on the 24th? The 24 would have marked day 7, so it would have been within the 7 days.

Yes, but that gets your hosting a bad reputation when you say things like that. You always need to be cool.

Handled professionally or not, he (Armada) asked for a refund on the 7th day and was refused. How would you (Blazin) expect him to react if you can't even fulfil your own 7 day refund guarantee. Man up and refund him, stop acting like a little child. So what if he posted on your thread, you dicked him around first, take responsibility.
